River’s Invitation

River’s Invitation captures the distinctive movements of streaming water. The various shapes and lines reinforce the flow of our waterways and the primary forces of nature. The mural reflects the cultural and physical influence of Ottawa’s rivers on our city. The lines are bold yet simple, effectively catching the attention of commuters. As commuters pass through, it is almost as though they are walking on water: moving up or downstream to catch a bus.
