Description
In 2008, the City of Ottawa called on local artists to submit line drawings. Thirty designs were selected out 164 submissions. These designs were cut out of stainless steel panels on bicycle racks. Each design was produced three times, which offers 90 bicycle racks along Bank Street between Laurier Avenue and Catherine Street.
