City of Ottawa Annual Reports
The City of Ottawa Annual Financial Reports contain the audited consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Canadian public sector accounting standards established by the Public Sector Accounting Board [‘PSAB’] of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada [“CPA Canada”], as required by the Ontario Municipal Act.
The City of Ottawa Administration is responsible for preparing the financial statement discussion and analysis. It should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and the financial and statistical schedules.
The FSD&A reports to stakeholders on how the financial resources entrusted to the City are being managed to provide municipal infrastructure and services and presents significant activities that affected results or that may have an impact on future results.
