The purpose of Sustainability Funding is to maintain a strong social infrastructure and a sustainable community non-profit social services sector that ensures equitable provision of services for residents facing the greatest barriers and challenges. Both core operational and program expenses are eligible for funding.

Sustainability Funding provides core and/or program funding to organizations to help address the root causes of poverty and increase equal access to services for residents facing the greatest needs and barriers in our community.
Eligibility

- All organizations are required to submit the Annual Funding Report.
- Agencies that receive Sustainability or Community Safety and Well-being Funding are required fill out a report.
What you need
What you need
Your report must include:
- One report for your whole organization if you receive core Sustainability Funding.
- One report for each Sustainability and/or CSWB program funding you receive
- An Excel budget sheet if you receive Core funding
- An Excel budget sheet for each specific program funding you receive
- A recent year-end audited financial statement
- A current list of board members including contact information
- A current organization chart
- Draft annual general meeting minutes (AGM) from 2023
- Approved annual general meeting (AGM) minutes of 2022
