Pinhey’s Point Historic Site features a 19th century manor house and stone ruins, 88 acres of greenspace, and stunning views of the Ottawa River. The grounds immediately surrounding the house are available for use by rental clients. Rentals include exclusive use of a 30’ by 50’ tent with a natural grass floor during the summer operational season.
The grounds at Pinhey’s Point are also a local park enjoyed by visitors and neighbours. The museum cannot prohibit casual use of the site but does guarantee that only one event will be scheduled at any given time. Staff will notify park users and museum visitors of any private events occurring on the site.
Notes: There is no kitchen facility or interior space available to rentals at Pinhey’s Point Historic Site. Clients are responsible for providing their own potable water for consumption and catering needs. Public washrooms are in an outbuilding located next to the marquee tent.
