Ottawa Rocks! - Reunion Tour

The Rock history of Ottawa is varied, rich, and constantly evolving. Visitors to the Ottawa Rocks! exhibit at Ottawa City Hall will have the opportunity to learn, engage with, and reminisce about the many Rock musicians who have played in this city from 1950 to 2012. The exhibit was originally presented in 2013 for  three months at Gallery 112, City of Ottawa Archives. The reunion tour has been reimagined for visitors at City Hall.

The City of Ottawa Archives holds primary material related to the history of rock n’ roll in Ottawa covering all aspects of rock n’ roll including musicians, promoters, prominent figures, clubs, venues, festivals, radio stations, and memorable and infamous moments.

Ready to rock? Explore Ottawa’s Rock ‘n Roll history, the bands, the local haunts, the memorable moments, and the people who made it happen.
