A truly unique space to pursue your talents and artistic aspirations. The Nepean Creative Arts Centre offers visual and performing arts classes taught by accomplished artists - painters, actors, filmmakers, writers, photographers, musicians - in custom studio spaces for participants of all levels of ability. Our goal is to provide an experience that enriches quality of life through art and culture. From preschool to adult, students experience a diversity of arts instruction.
The NCAC's arts-specific studios include music, dance and visual arts studios, a black box theatre and set construction workshop.
Arts-specific facilities include:
- high quality instruction
- specialized studios equipped for visual and performing arts
- dance studios with sprung floors, barres and floor-to-ceiling mirrors
- soundproofed music studios
- black box theatre
- natural lighting
- exhibition and performance opportunities
Our sister facility - The Nepean Visual Arts Centre offers programming in visual arts including pottery. The pottery studio includes a handbuilding studio, wheel room with 12 wheels including an accessible wheel and pottery technicians on site. Glazing and firing is also provided on site.

Fall 2018 and Winter 2019 Arts Guide
The NVAC NCAC Arts Guide is an excellent tool for you to get an inside view on the numerous programs and activities offered. Pick up a copy of the guide or request a copy of the guide and have it sent to you. Note: Fall and Winter 2018 and 2019 registration begins:
- Online and Touch Tone 9 pm August 15
- In person August 16 during business hours
