Anyone wishing to question the appropriateness of a closed meeting of City Council, a local board, or a committee may file a request for investigation.

  • Anonymous inquiries will not be accepted.
  • All requests will be treated as confidential at all times.

What's next

Once your form and any accompanying documentation has been received by the Office of the Integrity Commissioner, the Office will contact you to confirm receipt, request any missing information, and explain next steps.
