After hours information and non-emergency

For after-hours information and non-emergency support or assistance please dial 3-1-1 and a City of Ottawa client service agent will assist you.

In person/ by mail

When submitting requests and payments for any of the following (see items in bullets below) in person, please visit a Client Service Centre location. Please complete a form for each type of request and bring it with you to a client service centre location for payment.

Methods of payment include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, cash and cheque.

If you are mailing in your request, please include your completed form and cheque (made payable to the City of Ottawa) to the mailing address below:
