When submitting requests and payments for any of the following (see items in bullets below) in person, please visit a Client Service Centre location. Please complete a form for each type of request and bring it with you to a client service centre location for payment.
Methods of payment include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, cash and cheque.
