Heritage Plaques
The installation of interpretive plaques on buildings designated under Part IV and in districts designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act demonstrates the City of Ottawa's commitment to preserving and interpreting its historic building stock. Bronze plaques provide a short bilingual description of the heritage significance of each property and are attached to the designated building.
