- the minimum rear yard for a mixed-use building from the lot line abutting Deerfox Drive is 9.0 m;

- the holding symbol (h) may be removed under the following conditions:
- the provision of services to the property from central systems for water supply and sewage treatment to the satisfaction of the City,
- the owner entering into a site plan control agreement with the City, which addresses the relevant development details.
