The memoranda are published on an ongoing basis as they become available and will remain online for a period of one year from the date of issuance. Residents wishing to obtain copies of memoranda that are no longer available online should contact the relevant department through one of the City’s general inquiry processes.
In accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), some attachments have not been proactively disclosed.
