You will only be able to schedule an appointment if you have been contacted by the City of Ottawa to do so.
If you would like to book a repair appointment but have not been contacted, please email watermeters@ottawa.ca or call 613-580-2444. We will assess your water meter and its readings to determine if an appointment is warranted.

If you have scheduled your appointment through My ServiceOttawa, you will receive an email confirmation and email reminder prior to the scheduled date and time.
Preparing for your appointment
An adult aged 18 years or older must be present for the duration of the appointment. Please ensure there is a 1-meter radius of space to allow our technician access to the water meter.
