Online meeting request
Requesters will be responsible for setting up a virtual meeting through Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom and for providing the meeting information to Ottawa Fire Services. Ottawa Fire Services does not have the ability to set up virtual meetings on behalf of the public.

Description of session
If your child or teen is involved in fire-play or fire setting, you are not alone. A trained intervention specialist from the Fire Prevention Division is available to help. The specialist will schedule and attend:
- An initial home visit where they will discuss the incident and conduct a fire safety audit of the home
- A second meeting to discuss fire safety and assess progress
- A third and final session to review and discuss all topics covered while keeping the child’s file confidential
