Terms of Reference
Mandates of the Committee were approved as part of the 2022-2026 Governance Review. The Committee’s Terms of Reference will be available online once they have been considered and approved by the Committee and Council.
The Terms of reference will be considered by the Committee at its first meeting in 2023 and will then be presented to Council for consideration and approval.
