Ottawa, let’s get active together!
The ParticipACTION Community Challenge is a national physical activity and sport initiative that encourages everyone in Canada to get active throughout the whole Month of June in search of “Canada’s Most Active Community”. Canada’s most active community will win $100,000 to support local sport and activity initiatives.
To get Ottawa towards the top spot sign up today on the ParticipACTION website and start logging your activities.
To help you along, the City of Ottawa is offering some events free of charge! National Health and Fitness Day takes place on June 1. It’s the perfect way to log your first activity.
